Stalagander - Dragolm

So my environment was underground and after a lot of different ideas I ended up picking the Olm _{(Why? because I love wierd animals)}

Stalagander Water-Rock
The blind Pokemon
-Despite being its rocky helmet, it can sense its surroundings very well thanks to vibrations. It is more comfortable in the water of the deep caves.
-Long ago, it was feared despite its small size and friendly behavior. I*ts presence in a cave was considered as a warning to leave the place as fast as you could.

Stalagander evolves in Dragolm at level 35

-Its claws and fangs are extremely powerful but this creature tend to be quiet. It will only unleash its rage if it thinks the Stalaganders it lives with are threatened. 
-Its terrible power and fearful appearance gave birth to numerous legends and scared people from entering caves with Stalaganders for centuries
